Join BBMP in building a citizens' repository of under-ulitised neighbourhood scale public spaces along the streets of Bengaluru
Do you walk past a neglected corner, a junction, or a forgotten stretch of a street every day and think — this could be so much more?
Nominate a space in your neighbourhood that’s waiting for a new life.
Do you walk past a neglected corner, a junction, or a forgotten stretch of a street every day and think — this could be so much more?
Nominate a space in your neighbourhood that’s waiting for a new life.
BBMP will assess the public spaces in the repository for feasibility and impact; and for the next five years and a select set of sites will be taken up for implementation on an annual basis.
We’re looking for spaces that, with a little care and creativity, can bring a big change to your daily life.

Aid local climate action through mitigation or adaptation measures via contributing to a reduction in heat island effect, air pollution, water scarcity, flooding, increasing biodiversity etc.

Promote inclusion by making public spaces more friendly to women, children, elderly and differently abled people.
