The area is in front of the low income housing and obviously there is no community space for the elderly in spite of the traffic i have seen elderly people hanging out therw , they literately use it like a typical katte
Proposed idea / vision:
its a very inconspicuous space, the residents themselves have done something .Challenge to make the space more usefull and safe
