Importance of the site
To Create a safe, accessible, and vibrant pedestrian-oriented space. To Promote local commerce and cultural activities through trackside bazaars and food kiosks. Also to Integrate green buffers, seating areas, and shaded promenades to soften the industrial railway edge.
Proposed idea / vision:
Reactivating the unused track side buffer zone into a good transit oriented hub and food spots. Introducing a human-scale, trackside active edge through pedestrian walkways and vibrant food spots adding economic and social value to the site. Promoting walkability and mixed-use activity near rail lines aligns with TOD principles, encouraging sustainable and community-centered urban growth.
