This is pipeline road and there is considerable buffer space between the BWSSB pipeline and walls erected to cordon off neighboring apartments and residential colonies. Currently the entire buffer space is entirely defunct and overgrown with vegetation. This whole area can be converted into a public walking space, sitting space and park with lawns and access provided to this area through Jal Bhavan on the main road and also certain side roads leading to it. Children can utilize it, and the whole area could become a morning and evening walkers, joggers paradise and a beautiful green park and lung space in a prime area such as Jayanagar.
