Create a two-way cycling infrastructure integrated with the existing pedestrian path along Tank Bund Road (Phase 1).
As Phase 2, extend cycling infrastructure on both sides of 80 ft Road leading up to the park, while maintaining sufficient space for footpaths and parking.

The green and blue edges abutting Jayaprakash Narayana (JP) Park, including Chowdeshwari Bus Stand and 80 ft Road in Mathikere.
Issues
The footpath along JP Park has overgrown weeds and is broken.
The junction lacks signals and is chaotic for pedestrians and vehicles.
Vehicles are parked illegally in no-parking zones and on the median.
