Site context
The site consists of a 1.65 km stretch of road located behind Cessna Business Park and Embassy Tech Village, with several apartment complexes on both sides. 1. Prestige sunny side oak 2. Sraddha Palmera 3. Krishvi Gavashki 4. Presitage Sunny side elm 5. Bhavya Pristine This road provides access to multiple schools in the area. 1. Geetanjali Olympiad School 2. New Horizon Gurukul School 3. New Horizon Gurukul Playschool 4. TIME kids preschools 5. Gear School is situated at the southern end of the road. Parents and students regularly use this street to reach nearby schools. In addition to apartment residents commuting to the tech park, many residents of nearby PG accommodations also use this street.
Issues
●Currently, food vendors occupy the footpath along the tech park, serving as a food spot for IT park employees. An auto stand and parked vehicles further obstruct the footpath. ●On the residential side, parked vehicles and construction debris block the footpath.
