The junction is currently degraded by persistent garbage dumping and unorganized encroachments that force pedestrians into dangerous traffic. There is a historic building with potential for community engagement, but the lack of maintenance, seating, and lighting creates a perception of neglect and poor public safety.

Transform the junction into a vibrant plaza,Install continuous, bollard-protected pathways, integrated public seating, and a structured waste management system. Explore permissions to adaptively reuse the heritage building for cultural activities.
