This corridor functions as a high-traffic buffer between residential blocks and the heavy-speed transit infrastructure of the flyover.

Issues

• Infrastructure buffers have become defunct, attracting debris and unregulated parking. •Fast-moving service road traffic conflicts with neighborhood footfall. • Lack of defined walking paths isolates the community from safe transit access points and essential neighborhood nodes.

Priority Interventions

Transform the infrastructure buffer into a continuous, safe pedestrian corridor with nature-based landscaping. Strategic lighting and pavement improvements will turn this "unplanned edge" into a vibrant, accessible link for residents and commuters.
