Waste Management: Implement a comprehensive plan with onsite segregation and efficient disposal systems to support the high-density food street and commercial zones.
Site context
The site includes a heritage building, M.E.S. College, a triangular open space at Chitrapur Junction, kattes along 8th Main Road, and a small park on 16th Main Road.
Issues
The streets and footpaths are choked with vehicular parking and through traffic. This is coming at a critical cost of social and walkable spaces where residents can meet each other and loiter.
