The site comprises 2 vacant plots inside Dhoopanahalli playground, along the eastern edge, where a portion of the area is currently used for garbage dumping and as a transfer point for auto-tippers. The dumping of garbage and the sprawling waste handling by auto-tippers create an extremely unhygienic environment and an eyesore for residents There are also no spaces for elderly people to exercise or socialise. The nearby Doopanahalli Park, which offers exercise facilities, is usually overcrowded. The intervention required is: 

• The raised portion of the land can be transformed into a senior citizen park with seating & outdoor fitness equipment, and the garbage spot can be turned into a dog park. 

• Relocation of the auto-tipping taking place at the site. 

• Installation of a garbage collection point to stop dumping along the park.
