Footpaths are narrow, broken, and littered with garbage. A waste transfer point creates an unhygienic environment. Vans and cabs block footpaths. The lack of public toilets and rest areas for drivers leads to misuse of public parks.
Priority Interventions
1. Creation of wide, continuous footpaths with tree lining. 2. Regulated parking for two-wheelers, cabs, vans, and tractors in collaboration with the large office complexes that use these vehicles. 3. Relocation and development of a purpose-designed waste transfer point. 4. Redevelopment of the Kadubeesanahalli park and the footpath edge and creation of Rest Zone - with vending zone, apublic toilet and sitting spaces for gig workers and drivers. 5. Junction improvement at the intersection of New Horizon College Road x Doddakanelli-Kadubeesanahalli Road and New Horizon rd x Outer Ring road
