Site context
The site is the 300m conservancy lane between Anjaheya Temple Street and Netta Kalappa Circle, with the pilot area proposed for a 100m stretch, until D V Gundappa Road. The conservancy lane is already paved and used by residents as an access road by pedestrians and vehicles.
Issues
Vehicular parking and electrical utility blocks significant portions of the conservancy lanes.
