The site is the plot at the end of 47th cross, that blocks a direct access way of over 400 flats to Kanakapura Main Road and Banashankari Metro Station. As a result, a 100m distance to the key transit nodes is a km long detour on via Marenahalli road where walking remains unsafe due to discontinuous and encroached footpaths. There is a need to explore a pedestrian connection from 47th Cross to Kanakapura Main Road through vacant land directly abutting the metro station.
