The space could covert into a multifunctional walkway which on regular day could be the quiet walkable street for elderly, dog walkers, kids to play away from traffic as compared to the busy Charles campbell & ramakrishnappa road. During the yearly cox town fair/car festival - this walkway could be the space where stalls/vendors/hawkers get space and it still remains a pedestrian walkway to move around thus not congesting the two parallel roads where traffic remains unchanged.
