Importance of the site
It has a bmtc bus depot from many years and big drain next to it. It had been very dirty from many years, however now it has been improved interms of cleanliness however there is no space for the community to interact and the whole space has more scope for not just the street vendors but also for the pedestrians to experience the space.
Proposed idea / vision:
Www.communitystreetart.com - I have been doing this for the last 2 years and have developed funding modules as well to make underutilised spaces in cities while working with communities who stay there and city governments. We have a list of 7 suggestion modules developed which can be deployed in any given site facing all kinds of urbanisation problems
