Here the space could be designed as multipurpose user friendly walkway or well paved footpath with formal or informal seating for all citizens which can also be utilized as a social interactive spaces below the tree canopies shelters. Once this space is developed,large parcel of government land which is undeveloped behind it will automatically be converted in a huge park. This would benefit the area citizens, community as whole, add value to governing bodies image, generate revenue, create good ambience and act as lung space helping develop a good environment around.
