Importance of the site

A theme park to be developed by Qualified urban designers and architects for the growing senior citizens' , women , and physically challenged living in the neighbourhood , brigade millennium , RBI layout, Wilson garden , Elita , Land T south city and other residents of this densly populated JP Nagar . Given that the , elderly population is expected to exceed the working population by 2040 and there is no place for them to relax and socialise, this is a theme park for them , with appropriate design facility .

Proposed idea / vision:

Neighbourhood public space , with chowpal facility(sitting space) , reading room , gathering space with yoga corner , complete and easy accessibility on all sides to physically challenged and elderly population . Clean Toilet facility for all. We propose to develop this as a unique landmark for densely populated urban Bangalore .
