Importance of the site
This is a major road where a lot of traffic moves through and experiences huge footfall. And it's been horrible for pedestrians to cross around and walk.
Proposed idea / vision:
Having big wide footpaths, having a dedicated pedestrian signal and cameras to enforce the red lights. Nice painted marked road lanes with large streetlights to illuminate the area.
